Uploading a file involves these steps:
  1. Before your event, contact us (upload@cccaudio.com) to get an upload account.
  2. Fill out and submit this form for each message.
  3. Follow the instructions in the "FTP Notes" box to upload the talk.
  4. Send an email to upload@cccaudio.com to notify us that you've uploaded a file.

File Name:  (No spaces or #&!/, 40 char Max. etc.) See below for more:
FTP Notes:
  1. The file to upload should be an .mp3 format file saved at a sample rate of: 32bs/22,050Hz. A one-hour talk will be right around 15mb.
  2. Click here to open a FTP browser window.
  3. It will ask for a username and password. This will be provided by cccAudio. If unknown, send us an email."
  4. Once logged in, you will see a welcome image which you can click on to make sure you are at the right place. As you upload talks, they too shall appear when copied to this directory.
  5. Use "My Computer" or a "Windows Explorer" to open a second window to use to upload.
  6. Copy the file from the local window to the browser window.
    In some cases you may be able to drag the file from one to the other. In other cases you will need to copy the file in one window and paste the file into the ftp window.
  7. The file should start copying... Please be aware that this can be a very long process and is dependent upon your upload speed. A 20mb file on a broadband upload speed of 300kbs can take up to 15 minutes.

NOTES:
The product number is a special format made up of three parts.
  1. Part 1 is the two digit year (i.e. 07, 08, 09)
  2. Part 2 is a lowercase, three letter code that is provided by cccAudio If you did a similar event last year, you can look at those. (wne = Winter Northeast, cdv= Christmas Denver)
  3. Part 3 is a 2 digit talk number. They typically go in order given with main talks starting at 01 and seminars starting at 20. If you have questions, ask us.
The file name is made up of three parts.
  1. The product number followed by an underscore;
  2. An abbreviated talk title with key words and letters/numbers only. No special characters and no spaces.
  3. The speakers last name in parenthesis.
So as an example, product 02csu03 titled "How to Get Better Grades" by Steve Douglass becomes: 02csu03_Get_Better_Grades(Douglass).mp3.
