FILE DOESN'T EXIST message:
If you get a message that says, “File Doesn't Exist”, it typically means that there was an error in our naming of the upload.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We will need to correct the file name and then have you place a second order at no charge. If this
occurs, follow the instructions on the screen or send an email to webmaster@intre.org. There
will be no charge for the second order.

My Download Doesn't Work!
If you downloaded the file and it doesn't seem to work, please take these steps.
- Find the folder to where you downloaded the file. Check the size of the file. If it is at least 5MB in size, it means the download was most likely successful and the file is simply incorrectly named.
- To rename the file, you must get to an aspect of the program that actually changes the extension (The end of the file name like .php, .doc, .mp3 ).
A common error made on a Windows operating system is to simply right click on a file name, select rename and then put a .mp3 at the end of the name. This does not change the extension, but rather adds an .mp3 in front of the extension.
So if your current file is named “talkdownload.php” it will now be renamed to “talkdownload.mp3.php” which will still not work. You must change the actual extension.
- So in order to change the actual extension you need to get to a program that allows you to do so. In Windows, there is an option that in
your Explorer (not Internet Explorer, but file Explorer—the one you get to by clicking “My Computer” ) window that allows the display
of the extension. You may need to temporarily turn off the hiding in order to see the extension. ( Go to Tools – Folder Options – View:
look for the option for “Hide extensions for know file types” and make sure it is not selected. ) With access to the extension,
you can now change it from .php to .mp3 and you should be fine. If you get a warning message about being unstable, you can proceed. This is
okay to do.
- If the file is smaller than 5MB, there probably was a problem and you can contact us at
orders@cccaudio.com

The process for saving to your local drive will vary based on the browser version that you are using. Please find the appropriate
browser below and follow the instructions provided.

Making an Audio CD
The process for burning an audio CD is basically done through software on your computer. This will vary greatly from system
to system. You should consult your local system software for assistance. The process is basically very simple
and typically goes something like this:
- Locate the MP3 file you wish to convert to an audio CD and note it's location. If you are wanting to convert a MP3 that
is currently on an MP3 disk, you'll need to first copy it to your hard drive.
- Insert a blank CD disk into your computer's disk drive.
- A message should pop up asking you what action you wish to perform. Select the option to make an "Audio CD"
(It is at this point that much variance will occur. Some system will give two or three choices or if you've
previously selected a default action, you may not get a choice at all. In any case, you need to somehow get
to the next step)
- The software to burn (make) an audio CD should pop up.
- Drag or copy the MP3 file from the location you previously noted to the appropriate software. Most audio CDs
will handle up to 75 minutes of audio, so you can sometimes put two talks on one CD. If the file
you're trying to burn is larger than the size of the disk, you will either have to shorten the file or find
a higher capacity CD.
- Continue with the on-screen instructions and you should be good to go.
If you need additional assistance, use a common search engine with the key words "make audio CD" or click
the "Google" search link below:
